Kaizora.ai keeps this simple: we only collect what you send us, we never sell it, and we use it only to reply to you and deliver the work you ask for.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store your name, email, company (optional), the service you selected and your message. That is it. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your project. We keep enquiries as long as needed for that purpose and remove them on request.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and are visible only to the Kaizora team. The public website itself does not track you.

Data we process for our clients’ social media accounts

Kaizora.ai builds AI sales agents and a social media management platform for businesses (“our clients”). When a client connects its Instagram account or Facebook Page to our platform using Facebook Login, we process data on that client’s behalf.

What we receive from Meta

  • Messages sent to and from the client’s Instagram account and Facebook Page, including text, photos, videos, voice notes and shared posts.
  • Comments on the client’s posts, and the replies to them.
  • Basic profile details of people who message or comment: name, username, profile picture, and whether they follow the client’s account.
  • The client’s own account details: name, ID, picture and the Facebook Page it is linked to.
  • The client’s own posts, and performance figures for its account and posts (such as reach, views, likes and follower counts).

How we use it

  • To show the client its own messages and comments in one inbox.
  • To let the client’s AI sales agent and staff reply to the client’s customers.
  • To let the client create, schedule, publish and remove its own posts.
  • To show the client reports on how its own account and posts are performing.
  • To keep a record of these for the client.

We use this data only to provide this service to the client. We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, or share or combine one client’s data with another client’s. Each client sees only its own data.

Who processes it for us

  • Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), where the data comes from
  • Supabase, our database
  • DigitalOcean, which hosts our platform
  • Hostinger, which hosts our automation tool (n8n)
  • OpenAI and Anthropic, which generate and translate the AI agent’s replies

How long we keep it

We keep a client’s data for as long as the client uses our service. When a client disconnects its account or ends its contract, we delete its messages, comments, customer details and reports within 30 days.

Your choices

If you messaged or commented on one of our clients’ accounts and want your data deleted, contact that business, or contact us directly (see how to delete your data below). Businesses can also remove our app’s access at any time in their Facebook settings.

How to delete your data

If you are a business using Kaizora.ai

  • Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”.
  • Tell us which Instagram account or Facebook Page to remove.
  • We will disconnect it and delete its messages, comments, customer details, posts we stored and reports within 30 days, then confirm by email.

You can also remove our access yourself at any time: in Facebook, open Settings and find Business integrations, then remove “Kaizora.ai App”.

If you messaged or commented on a business that uses Kaizora.ai

Email [email protected] with your Instagram or Facebook username and the business you contacted. We will delete your messages, comments and profile details from our platform within 30 days and confirm by email.
